Криохранилища серии BF предназначены для длительного хранения различных типов биоматериалов и разного формата хранения (криосоломины, криопробирки и криопакеты) при температуре от -150оС до -196оС.

Серия BF представлена криохранилищами трех типоразмеров (BF-2110, BF-2350 и BF-2600) и трех вариантов системы хранения (M, Gas и MDS) биоматериала:

- M в жидком азоте (-196оС);

- Gas в парах жидкого азота (ниже -150оС);

- MDS в «сухой» фазе жидкого азота (ниже -180оС).

Новая система хранения в «сухой» фазе жидкого азота (MDS - dry storage) практически исключает вертикальный градиент температуры внутри криохранилища и обеспечивает полную безопасность хранимых образцов при открытой крышке во время загрузки или выгрузки биообразцов.

Система хранения MDS в "сухой" фазе жидкого азота удовлетворяет самым строгим современным требованиям безопасности биоматериала и имеет ряд существенных преимуществ:

1. Probability of cross contamination is minimized as there is no contact between the biomaterial and liquid nitrogen.

2. Temperature in the upper part of the cryogenic storage is maintained below -180°C, even after 10 minutes after opening the lid.

3. Risk of cold burns due to splashing of liquid nitrogen during handling with samples is excluded.

High biomaterial safety is ensured by a convenient lid with a gaslift system and a lock that allows to control access to the cryogenic storage.

Все криохранилища имеют широкую горловину, а модели BF-2350 и BF-2600 могут быть оснащены поворотным механизмом для кругового перемещения стеллажей внутри криохранилища, что упрощает доступ к хранимому биоматериалу и существенно облегчает работу.

Криохранилища BF комплектуются широким спектром стеллажных систем из пластика, алюминия или нержавеющей стали.

Высокоэффективная многослойная вакуумная изоляция обеспечивает низкую испаряемость жидкого азота.

Криохранилища серии BF оснащены электронным криоконтроллером с дисплеем S170, который отслеживает, отображает и передает на обработку данные о температуре хранения биоматериала и уровне жидкого азота в криохранилище, а также автоматически дозаправляет его жидким азотом.
